Actually, just curious now that I'm really looking at it...
Rare elm staff
Damage: 18 to 48
+112% Enhanced Effect
+1 Extra Equipment Slots"
Mythical elm staff
Damage: 16 to 42
+88% Enhanced Effect
+4 Critical Strike
+1 to 4 Life per Kill
+2% Damage Return
+4% Critical Flux
Right now the 112 is listed as #1 and the 88 is listed as #2...
But the 88 has 4 crit which I would think should be counted as the tiebreaker since it's a useful melee mod and these are otherwise both perfect 80 ee tier III staves...
Is there another reason why the 88 is listed as #2?
IMO that's a different case from this one:
Magical iron dagger
Level Req: 5
Damage: 33 to 59
+122% Enhanced Effect"
Rare iron dagger
Level Req: 5
Damage: 51 to 89
+106% Enhanced Effect
+1 to 2 Mana per Attack
Where #1 correctly has a higher numerical value, though both are over the cap of 100 ee, and the 2nd best has a useless side mod for melee.
Any thoughts?
Personal opinion here:The 2 Staves reach 80% EE cap, so the 2nd staff with 4 crit / LpK should be #1
The 2 Daggers reach 100% EE cap, so they are tied, or you can say the one with an extra mod is first because it has another effect.
EDIT: I just realised it is because the % enhanced effect alters the Stat value to increase the base damage, but, I have my own doubts. We had the same form of debate about the formulas being used.
