much more simple solution, fix Alchymist


Cant use weapon - why have str and dex ?
Have tank ability - why start with so little vita ?

remove str dex, add the stat points into vita and int.


now, we are looking at a caster who can compete with warlock. wich means, there is a reward for invest the time grinding up there, and also brings enjoyment to the character as u dont feel you were better of as mage!

Especially the tank ability would make sense with higher vita. Thats what i am suggesting since years as well ^^
take 35 from dex and 5 from str --> 15 to 55 vita (or more int.. but this would be totally ok for me since you could also stat the first 20 points into int instead of vita)

def also more int, we cant use weapons, wich can set you back with 70 int compared to warlock/mage

i really think, that Alchy should be something to strive for, should be somewhat the strongest character, and should def. have a buff compared to no weapon etc.
i hope he will address this one day, doesnt make sense to me, that every pass = stronger class, except the alchy

Agree.

Personally... Str / Dex should have base of 5 each, the remainder is divided by vitality and intelligence.
Remember... Vitality / Intelligence = Defense (even on Robe or Padded) ... I have no Idea of the Increase of Vita to Physical (max) defense of either item. i.e. 0 is always the lowest, but, maximum increases by vitality amount.

There were also other mentions to the "Item" slot section, where you could hold certain things to increase the "Item" slot area, so, Alchemist can NOT hold a weapon, but, he could hold a "Bag" in his "weapon" slot, the bag of course gives +X amount of "Item" slots, but, could also have other mods added to it, like +Int, +XXX max mana, etc NOTE: you can NOT attack with the bag for better damage. (mind you, you can punch with an Alch I believe... not 100% sure of this though).

Based on everything posted from OP and the last 4 pages... GP points are the same... If you get 100 GP for passing on an Alchemist... then it is the same with a make-shift build with the same unlocked reward GPs

Ok but you are passing Alch without resetting for the 100 gps. This would be adding another climb to reset to the equation. I would assume reset is still 100gps but Alch pass would be <100 gps or none at all??
