I just thought that the end of a ladder with long time on alchemist can be a pain.
So here is my idea:

Change alchemist to 5 doors

But no reset on alchemist. Instead you have to pass another 6 door master quest on any class with that char after you "unlocked endgame mode"
This way you have to make your way through all classes but you arent bound to play the same over and over again until reset.

Optional:
since alchemist got the biggest amount of total stats, you could even that out after you "unlocked endgame" (endgame mode player got a little bit stronger feeder, samurai, .... )

alchemist: 175 stats --> up to 20 starting stats (like it is)
headhunter: 170 stats --> up to 25 starting stats (+5 in endgame mode)
warlock: 170 stats --> up to 25 starting stats (+5 in endgame mode)
ninja: 170 stats --> up to 25 starting stats (+5 in endgame mode)
monk: 165 stats --> up to 30 starting stats (+10 in endgame mode)
paladin: 160 stats --> up to 35 starting stats (+15 in endgame mode)
samurai: 155 stats --> up to 40 starting stats (+20 in endgame mode)
All feeder: 150 stats --> up to 45 starting stats (+25 in endgame mode)

I think just releasing a new class would be a less boring way of doing this. With no flavor other than stat improvements, it looks like you're giving each class comparable stats, in which case the class simply with the best abilities (warlock or hh, probably a lot of samurai on SC?) will be the only choice. "Oh you passed 5 doors, pick WL or HH again and do 6 door.

I mean 720 mqs with alchemist... like this you only had to do 120 but could have your own choice then. (else you are looking on all playing alchemist instead wl/hh/samurai/paladin/... )

Wouldn’t this be super confusing to know who is “past alchemist” on the ladder since they could keep playing barbarian until they reset the ladder?
