Speccy for CPU temps lol

Use HWInfo64.

On my FX 8350 Specyy is dead on when compared to AIDA64 and to HWinfo.

Varies mobo to mobo. Sensors are different. Most monitoring apps have some errors, but HWInfo64 seems to be considered least worrisome in that regard.

Do you hear what you just said? Sure the sensors are different, but the monitoring apps are a constant. They'd be pretty useless if they weren't. :D

What I am saying is that just because Speccy seems accurate for you does not mean it'll be accurate for everyone else just because they have the same CPU or whatever. Speccy is garbage and no one who overclocks uses it to monitor anything because it's unreliable and only adds another variable to the equation.

Use HWInfo64 and eliminate that variable.

For the FX processors Speccy is fine. I'm on my second FX CPU and all three monitoring programs are exactly the same, not close...exact.

Motherboard is the variable. Not the processor. This ain't 2012. Move on.

LMAO. Both the motherboard and the CPU are variables, which is why we HAVE apps that are constants.
You can argue all you want for your app of choice...but it doesn't change the facts.

All three apps mentioned report the same temps, when run on the same motherboard and CPU.

All the bullshit aside, are you using a stock cooler?

The #1 thing you can do to make sure you have good cooling is to spend he $30 for a decent 120mm fan aftermarket cooler, and make sure your case has good airflow
