Just charged for me.

I spent 4 lvls already and didnt have a single charge... but if works to you than its fine!

Have bbeen facing the same ep at lvl 3 for like 5 mins. This thing is pro

I'm guessing you either didn't actually select that ability, or are using your weapon instead of an attack charm. Worked within 6 monsters for my test.

Took a lot of time tho, but i only have 1 point on it

think its a glitch when you first add to a skill. think im experiencing same thing with knockdown

once it charges first time, it starts charging like normal

Just sharing the image, not trying to open a conversation about it. I run simulations like this all the time, but never shared them before.

I literally made a new magician, assigned pillarcast, went into cata, and it worked. The initial point can take a while, it's random and variable. I've seen it happen on the live server too, it's just crappy RNG.

what exactly does it represent?
