you added context, congrats now you're more clear, but still wrong. officers shouldn't try to tackle someone who poses a threat, regardless of speed. and officers can't shoot fleeing felons that clearly aren't a risk, no running itself doesn't count. if u disagree argue with the SCOTUS not me grandpa.
