Because it severely limits his performance per dollar. Use your brain.

You're telling me. It's why I never come around. Any opinion regardless of whether or not it's factual is shit on. It's so unproductive.

Only reason I put up with certain users here, is because some of them actually do try to help. Which is something I objectively respect, but beyond that... I could really give a rat's behind

Performance per dollar is not the be all end all. Though I don't know why you let his
"Why do you care?" remark even phase you if your so above us.

Your one to talk, I mean half the shit you've said has been proven wrong,
Yet you continue on with it just to trigger users for your kicks.

Been caught up in so many lies now that you've lost this community's respect,
the majority of users here would hands down agree they tolerate/ignore you if anything.

If you like helping people and talking with people that aren't just totally set in their opinions and closed-minded, try the BuildAPC reddit / their Discord. Lots of chill, knowledgeable people to talk tech with.

It's something that someone should mention. Many builders don't quite understand how much they're losing out on by making a few aesthetic decisions like requiring SFF. You could get a Ryzen 1400 + RX 580 build (monitor included) for < $800.

I'd argue that users specifying small form factors are doing so for a reason and understand smaller isn't always best.
Most of these builds I do in the small form factor style are cause of living restrictions, micro/tiny homes or for aesthetics.
Generally people don't want mid/full towers in the middle of there living room or beside there tv stands.

In this case the user isn't really losing out too much. The only thing I can see that comes with a premium price tag is...
The psu and case itself, but even after switch out both the gains wouldn't be huge when put back into other areas at
that price point. The users needs are also quite limited compared to the average user these days.

OK.. but you don't actually know so you're arguing for no reason. It doesn't hurt to ask. Assuming is irresponsible as someone in a position of authority and giving advice.

Build the best SFF build you can in that case (with 1080p monitor) for < $800 and let's compare it to what you get if you go ATX. There's no argument to be made. We're talking 1060 vs 1050 Ti. That's a 70%ish performance bump.

70% in synthetics. Real world fps gains are different,
user does not have a 144hz monitor nor does the budget allow for it.
were splitting hairs for the sake of argument.

here's your build....
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/bZ7wzY

Add a keyboard and case without hurting performance.
go on...
