I am currently benching 250. I weigh 182-185

I would like to be able to reach 300 this year that is my goal

Think it's possible?

I would love to be able to get 315 one day.

Think I need to eat more for this to be possible or?

I actually eat alot but seems my weight don't go up

No man I don't juice. I'm all natural doing it for my health so doing roids is pointless

I've been lifting around a year now. My bench has increased from 185 max to 250 max

So it raised 65 pounds in a year or so. Maybe 13 months now actually

But like I said that was my first year I don't think it would raise that much in my 2nd Year. Kinda feels like I'm stuck. I'm going to start hitting chest around 3 times a week and see if it increases again

Easily. Focus on technique, form, and movement first as those will impact your numbers the most. Watch youtube videos or attend a lifting seminar to really get that form down perfect. Then start working on gaining mass as well as mixing in different chest exercises. I had some good results from mixing resistant bands into the bench. Chains also work if you gym has them. If you hit a hard plateau try focusing on incline/decline bench for a couple of months, then go back to flat bench.

Yeah I have been working on technique for sure. Been trying to change my workout out some also. Like today I'm going to go do chest but lightweight and high reps. Prolly do incline decline and flat Bench all. Then next time I'll go do heavy trying to confuse my muscles.

I think playing league of legends a lot would be beneficial, what do you think?
