It was just meant for me to give my thoughts on stronglifts as I went through the program. I'm sure I could have done the program more effictively, but I'm on a different routine now. If I take up stronglifts again or different power lifting program I may create a blog about my experiences with it, but that's not my goal right now.
Right now I'm just doing a 4-day hypertrophy routine and I'm training harder and eating better than I was before.
