Power limit decrease. Should factor in total system power if you don't leave PC on 24/7 anyway. If you do, then that's fine.

im just looking for card efficiency.

94 watt is 120 * .78% power

also I left it on overnight and had 94% and 3 rejected shares due to a mem issue, had to lower it.

I understand, but shouldn't he be calculating whole system power consumption? My i5-7400, gtx 1050TI, 16 GB ram + SSD, 14MH/s takes 110W out of the wall socket. Unless he has free energy...
