I would get a Kill A Watt Meter. VERY possible your PSU is pulling that from the wall. If so, it won't last very long running over 100% capacity. Ideally you want to be pulling 50%-70% of what your PSU is rated for.
Only one way to find out. Get a Kill A Watt or a TP Link Smart Plug with Energy Monitoring.
