I hit 25.05mh/s at a weird number- but then I lowered the power and it gave me a red message. It tried to restart. And now my pc is freezing randomly after doing a windows update.

it's freezing due to the overclock, it's unstable. If you have afterburner set to remember settings when you reboot, you need to uninstall it.
best bet is to remove gpu and start pc with integrated to uninstall if you cant do it fast enough when it reboots.

I got it fixed. It didn't save the settings.

I bought this factory refurbished for like $160 after tax.

I imagine if this thing can crank 85% of an RX 480 for literally half the price something might be corrupt with the cryptocurrency mining websites hiding this little beast.
