I don't know where you get $1300 from since this is 499 and the one was what 399? And if that's silly then isn't it even more silly that you spent about the same for even less then pc hand me downs on your pro? I don't get you PlayStation ppl. For years it was always "Sony is the best they have the best hardware who cares about the massive price" and now that Sony is second best (in terms of hardware anyway) you all of a sudden say it's dumb to buy lol

the base xb1 was 499, the xbox will be 499 and the xbox s was 299 thats where i got 1300, and ps is the best because more better relevant exclusives released more fequently that constantly review better

95% of Xbox owners either bought the S or the original not many would have bought both. And your comment was purely about the hardware which is clearly now much more impressive from Microsoft. So in terms of hardware the 1k Xbox owners shell out for a one and then the X is of much better value then the $900 PlayStation owners paid for. And yes Sony has the better exclusives but the majority of the gaming public plays third party as there main games.

My point was when the 360 was beating the PS3 Sony fanboys just kept bringing up the fact that the PS4 is the better hardware therefore it's the best. Now that Microsoft is losing but has the better hardware Sony fanboys make the comments about who cares about how good the hardware is. It's quite hilarious

Eh back when this console generation launched it was about hardware and which could push 1080p.

Now that hardware leads have turned around, it's about games.

Next it will be about the smell of the plastic as to which the better console is.

I find this hilarious because most of last gen Xbox had the better exclusives and back then it was all about the hardware. The vast majority of PlayStation people were saying ya well call of duty runs better on our console so we are better. It's only been about the games once PlayStation had the better games. In the PS3 era killzone was a flagship franchise for Sony compared to gears,halo, splinter cell, forza and more. It's funny how roles have completely reversed now. PS3 had the far better hardware but not as good exclusives and now the Xbox has the far better hardware and not as good exclusives

mid-late last gen sony had better exclusives too, it was just halo gears forza for the most part on 360 same as now

Give it some time. I really feel like when games like Anthem come out and others big games that the PS4 pro can't run at 60 fps is going to make a difference.

Xbox one x will be able to run games at 60 fps that the PS4 pro can't like Anthem. Maybe even destiny 2 but bungie avoided the question at E3.

If the Xbox one x is able to run destiny 2 at 60 fps it will be huge because the PS4 pro couldn't handle it when they tried and bungie was really disappointed because they wanted to release it in 60fps but Sony is holding them back.

I do also expect to see more companies wanting to make games for Xbox one x because of the consoles capabilities.
