LS working as it reads would mean that tanks with 200 ee scales and 1% life steal would be able to keep full life without heals basically.
People without ee armors could use like 8%+ life steal plain armors which would have the same effect (as long as you`re clicking), tanking and not dying so fast.
mana per attack is like the rogue-ninja off class casting abilities, almost completely unviable.
The problem is all those changes above were made when monsters just hit you. All of them.
Since then he has added basically 100% (if not more) monster difficulty, PLUS fighting up to 3 mobs at a time, PLUS their skills, PLUS reduced xp per mob.
It all adds up to a pretty sucky balancing at the moment, there should be a way for someone to go from 1-71 without stopping, solo, without the shrine, if they have the right gear. at the moment there really isn't unless you have the 250ee weapon, 250ee leather, and a savvy as hell charm.
The bonuses from the secondary stats on all items need a boost across the board in my opinion. At a minimum change. That.
