Squats..

65% 5x8. Last set was AMRAP 255 for 20, stopped after form started to deteriorate.

Did some accessory work like lunges, rdls, planks and did some horizontal bar movements cuz fuck it..

Finished it up with a 1 mile jog and a 10 min walk. Feeling good

Deads today again, 320 5x8, amrap last set for 20 reps at rpe100 😐.

Did some grip work doing farmers with 80 lb dbs, bent over rows 185 5x8, reverse cable flys 5x12, sled pulls and bro curls.

Keep on going mate. My summercut of 3k kcal a day is almost over. Can't wait to start devouring some pizzas and coke again!

Can I just take a second to recognize that in a few months, it'll be 2 years since I started working out religiously?

I did an exercise today that I remember laughing at how weak I was when I started, OHP...

When I started 2 years ago, I couldn't do 95 lbs for a single... Today, I did 5x10 strict press with 95 lbs and just for shits and giggles I pushed up 155 for a double "not strict".

I'm feeling pretty amazing, and I'm amazed at my own accomplishments and how far I've come from a chubby dude to a chubby strong dude.

Im back to hitting the gym regularly and mentally feel different than just a few months ago.

Gym PRs, 495 for a single.. felt pretty easy, was an impromptu heavy session.

Pulled 315x5, 365x5, 405x3, 455x1, 495x1. Finishing up my programming, I plan on going for 525, but let’s see how it goes.
