I did an exercise today that I remember laughing at how weak I was when I started, OHP...
When I started 2 years ago, I couldn't do 95 lbs for a single... Today, I did 5x10 strict press with 95 lbs and just for shits and giggles I pushed up 155 for a double "not strict".
I'm feeling pretty amazing, and I'm amazed at my own accomplishments and how far I've come from a chubby dude to a chubby strong dude.

Im back to hitting the gym regularly and mentally feel different than just a few months ago.
