Thanks for the advice, but when I add -3dfx there's a really weird glitch.The usual white letters/digits/characters that appear quickly at the top-left of the screen when D2 is loading, now load reaaaally slowly, and the game basically never starts (windowed or no).

The only way I fixed the extremely dark D2 screen while playing is to go to NVIDIA control panel and set my monitor's brightness & contrast to levels way above the native 50% & 1.50. At least I can navigate Durance now. :P

Found a solution to navigate menu without the cusor.

"go into your mouse settings and turn on that cursor feature that highlights your cursor when you hit ctrl. thats how i'm navigating the menus"

This work pretty well.

Each time you press ctrl a circle showing where is the cursor.
