Nope nothing is working damnit , still cant get fps to show unless in windowed mode then it looks like shit dark and blurry.

Guys to make it works you must download Sven's glide wrapper for diablo 2 on google...

Ah gotcha. I may try it in a bit and report back.

Thanks for the advice, but when I add -3dfx there's a really weird glitch.The usual white letters/digits/characters that appear quickly at the top-left of the screen when D2 is loading, now load reaaaally slowly, and the game basically never starts (windowed or no).

The only way I fixed the extremely dark D2 screen while playing is to go to NVIDIA control panel and set my monitor's brightness & contrast to levels way above the native 50% & 1.50. At least I can navigate Durance now. :P
