1.Yes, no gores, because it is full ik barb.
2. My first run I did it with 2x shaeled ik hammer. didn't knew that Lilith was poison immune. Tried with concentrate, respeced for ww, still couldn't even get even close to killing Lilith. It is not doable. Prove me I'm wrong if you think different
3. As I said, I don't do fg tradings, and I've never found a single 40/15 jewel, so that is not an option.
4. Also no runewords, so no zeal assassins/necros, sorry

I done both uber duriel/izual with a poor geared ik barb, very much doable, lilith does insane dps, but its a matter of doing dps and leaching life, ofc life tap owns, but ar/ias is the key, I just had 2x sheals in maul and used angelic set for mass ar.
I have no ideer as far as ut, dont think you would be able of doing enough dps, but I have seen a single player conc ik barb do it, saw it long ago on youtube.

i don't think normal lifeleech works against any of the mini-ut-bosses as well as the uber-bosses, only life tap works for gaining your life back

Uber tristram is not a problem at all with either concentrate or whirlwind.
Single poison charm stops their regen completely.
The only scary moment is switching for life tap wand, since I loose 62 all res, a lot of life and defence while doing it.
Litlith regen is a problem tohugh, well MAYBE it is possible to kill her with dual angelics. I tried it with single angelic and my poor ww skills.. Anyway, an um is really needed and makes it so much simple.

what exactly would that use? Cuz I could try it

ik barb vs uubers isn't too tough.

I've done ut with whirlwind barbs plenty of times.

not many people do it with bowazons as someone said so that could be fun to explore.

as far as I'm aware, I don't think anyone has done it with a non-summoner necro, so that would be cool, other than that, I think everything else has been done.
