Over the years I've noticed that the funniest pics/memes etc., come out, on or after Wednesday. Seems people are too angry to turn out funny things early in the week.
And on the weekends, folks are too busy doing other things to have time to create funny pics, memes, etc.

Ofc this isn't always the case, but there is a definite trend. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday jokes, seem to be the best.
