Home game against a last placed team that has only won one game so far. There are no excuses if we don't win. Hopefully we can finish the last game of the first half of the season with a comfortable result!
2-2 ffs. We played with little intensity again. Even though we only conceded the draw at the end and we were the better team, like I said there are no excuses for not beating this lowly team.
4 draws in a row and our 14 point lead over the second placed has been cut by half. I'm sure we won't lose first place, so I'm not worried about that, but the team's competitive spirit is gone due to relaxation and there's still 19 games and a playoff phase to go through. If we don't play with the same mentality we had during the first 15 games of the season, we may end up throwing away a year's work during the playoffs. We can't relax like this, even if we're 10 times better than the rest of the teams. Hopefully the small winter break refreshes the team's spirit and mentality.
