Started working out a few months ago due to boredom and anhedonia. Been pleased with the results so far and looking forward to the challenge of keeping the consistency of working out 4-5x a week

Here’s 425 for an easy set of 5. Not sure what my max is right now, but I’m guessing around 585. February can’t come soon enough, doing another RPS meet.

Hoping for 1350 total, but we’ll see, boys.

Training Days - 500g carb/240g protein/30g fat
Non-Training days - 0g carb/259g protein/105g fat

Split: PPL rest, repeat.

“Clean bulking” for the next 6-8 months. Mentally, I’ve gotta focus on my log book and pushing numbers up cuz I’m gonna lose these abs :(
