Didn’t have a cheat meal for like 3 weeks (that’s insane for me because I normally eat garbage basically daily) and added 10-20min cardio daily. Went out and got bent and blind. Next day I ate 2 pizzas, a garlic bread and drank a 1.25L solo.
Still sitting around 93kg but feeling rather skinny. A close friend should I look like I’ve been mining diamonds LOL
Greece in 3 weeks, probably not going to cut much more if any.
