When Quinn Hughes is on the PP, the Canucks are producing 157.04 CF/60. Second place in the league is Shea Theodore with 136.44, a gap of over 20 shots per hour.

Especially when considering how shitty Canucks powerplay is under Newell Brown.

So much talent. Being close to the bottom with the personnel we have is inexcusable.

I know there has been a couple goals scored seconds after the PP this year so far but that is still not enough to bring the percentage up to a respectable level if that had been factored in.

newell finally tried something new with the powerplay,
it's starting to work but big credit goes to hughes.

Markstrom played very, making some key saves in the second to open the door for us in the 3rd.

Very pleased with the comeback win!

One thing I will say.... If it was not for Schaler scoring that ugly goal on Howard he would have probably been benched for those two penalties.

He is is lucky he through a random shot to the net that went through.
