Yeah it doesn't feel like DIABLO if you can't summon Skeletons with swords & shield fighting Evil..

Yeh but the art they chose for the witch doctor is straight out of the Warcraft 3 & WoW world.

I wish they put a Diablo spin on the art, and gave him more of a necromonic look.

The monk and demon assassin again just aren't consistent with a Diablo feel. Whereas the wizard and barbarian are definitely staying on-topic.

It seems like u want all the characters to b close to if not the same as all the d2 chars.... New game brings new characters. Also i read the trilogy and i thought it was pretty good.

This has nothing to do with d2 in particular. This has to do with maintaining a consistent tone in transition from Diablo 1, to Diablo 2, to Diablo 3.

I realize each game has its own modifications, changes, etc.

The witch doctor I find is alright. But it feels as though it's coming too much from the Warcraft 3 realm in terms of its art style. The monk I have yet to really decide on but he moves like an anime character; I'll reserve judgment. But the demon hunter... come on... that thing is so god damned retarded.

I'm not looking for the same things as in Diablo 2, nor am I looking for the same things as in Diablo 1. I am simply looking for a more consistent transition which doesn't borrow too heavily from other things which don't make sense: anime, warcraft, and idk what else.

They just can't make you happy can they...

You know, it's funny how people like yourself and others don't understand the point of criticism: Just because I have a point about the game that I dislike doesn't mean I don't like the game overall. I shouldn't have to write an article explaining that I like the game overall so far, but I dislike these points. I think I made my point clear: I dislike some specific aspects of the game, and I've made it clear in post #1 why.
