Dylan Bundy pulled after 0.0 IP tonight, making him the 1st pitcher in the last 110 years to give up at least 4 home runs without recording a single out in their start

at least he made history

Last try for the O's to get 20 wins before 50 losses :wallbash: -_-

It's so embarrassing lol, I literally can't even give away the rest of my 29 game plan.

I have not been posting on jsp equally among all forums :)

That said, yeah, there is little point in watching the O's these days. I'll catch like maybe 3 games a week. Not enough time in a week these days.

Buck played a major role in getting this team out of the dumpster and into WS contention, albeit for a brief period of time. He brought winning culture to the locker room after over a decade of losing seasons. It's a shame it ended the way it did, but it was time for both sides to move on.

The surprising part is that Duquette is still here. Perhaps Buck and Angelos had more of a hand in the downfall of this team that previously thought. Now Angelos is supposedly passing ownership unofficially to his son, which might mean the GM now has more control over baseball operations (DD previously had to OK every major move with Angelos).

Anyway, here's to hoping DD and ownership commit to a full-on rebuild. We need to tank and clear cap like the Astros did. Remains to be seen if this new regime will commit to such a rebuild, however.

Buck was definitely not old school. He was among the first to really embrace the analytics boom.

The main problem was with the talent on the team. Our drafting and player development has been and still is complete and utter trash. Buck had this team overachieving when he was here, and the advanced stats argued as much (five-thirty-eight loved to trash the Orioles every season and then heap praise upon Buck for overachieving with a terrible roster lol)
