I usually do nose bleeds but they definitely make it easily accessible.
Tunnle from concessions leads to the isle of the seats, and right there they have a row of handicap accessible seating, right on the rail.
Edit- If you are ever down to go and need someone to go with let me know, I go randomly when I have shit else to do.
