So why not allow the Best of the Titans enjoy the Best of it.

I’m confused. Are you saying that if Enhanced Effect and Unfair Advantage have an alliance no one will be able to catch them in guild points? Because I think that’s a true statement regardless of alliances.


I vote yes, would be cool to share guild chats with allied guilds. I don’t think it needs to be limited to 1. All you’re sharing is LS items and guild chats.

I could see this being really cool if you wanted to have a private topic with your allied guilds to have events and play games together.

No i just don’t see the point of alliances

I think the very word and definition of Alliance can be seen thousands of different ways.

For example you mentioned war. That is a major con not mentioned in the OP.

Now I am not saying people here are going to start Guild wars and regularly because of an official Alliance feature. It is bond to happen though. I know negativity can get dragged out on users for years after such events.

In addition some people in an Alliance may not hold their own ground and may try to request or influence the assistant of others. This could result in spam, unnecessary drama, and more. These are already some things that exist here without official site Alliances. An Official Site Alliance Feature will lead to these problems and more unless mitigated or managed otherwise. Who, what, when, how, why, etc is not properly in place here on this site to do that. As Ladder Slasher has a section set aside for PvP I cannot Rule out Alliances being a real thing but I don't see it happening right now. I cannot speak for the near future but if so then having open discussions about the future of Alliances (realistic or not) should be embraced not avoided.

When you are in a guild you can send your gear to guild maxes via guild vault transfer

This is asking to allow me to say lend gear to mooj the leader of ua

If he was in a climb and was needing a certain part of gear to make climb faster

Guilds are site wide and can be used for whatever a Guild Owner can officially use them for. A Guild Alliance woupd be seen as site wide. If it was just a Ladder Slasher suggestion then it should be presented as so and without the confusion of what an Alliance is or what that could cause.
