The idea is good but concretely, I think that it would create a huge gap between the current large guilds (which will ally themselves) and the smaller ones.

I'm afraid this will only further strengthen the larger guilds.

So i don't know. There is an aspect of balance and fairness missing for all guilds in my opinion.
