Pretty crazy how much this team is changing. Never thought Pees and/or Ozzie would leave, given the conservative nature of change on this team (for better or worse).

Everyone is getting excited over the step-down from Ozzie, but I have to wonder how much this really changes things. DeCosta probably had as much of a hand in things as Ozzie when it came to drafting all of the recent busts; he was basically co-GM. Either way, change was necessary.

Also kudos to Steve for actually making some changes around here. It had to have been hard to move on from Ozzie, considering he'd be a HOF GM if he wasn't already a HOF TE lol.

Apparently this was the plan since 2013 and ozzie will still have a large role.

We definitely dodged a bullet with Grant "failing" his physical. Not to stoked about our signing of brown. While talented he's got injury problems and that's got to be the last thing we need
