My suggestion is to either change the phrasing to make it more clear, or slightly change the rule.
I've been an offender of breaking this rule as it I simply have misunderstood the rule. None of my threads has ever been closed because of it though.
Fully understood "Posting 2 back-to-back posts in one thread before 4 hours." as you are not allowed to "double post" within a 4 hour timeframe.

1. Change to rule:
You are allowed to quote a person or multiple people to say thanks for trade or current offer, as a visual que for other users that either the transaction has taken place or the bid has been accepted. (you might think why not just keep the trade topic post updated/edited? there is a 72 hour edit window sadly so this wont always be possible)

2. Change the phrasing:
You are not allowed to respond to any posts in your own trade thread within 4 hours.


Early Bump:
Posting 2 back-to-back posts in one thread before 4 hours.
Creating several threads to bypass the early bump rule.

That dude's thread (post 27, 30 for exemple) are early bumps due to 2 back to back posts within 4 hours

Your "change to rule" is what's currently being supported
There should be nothing wrong with quoting a or multiple top offers or to answer questions, as long as you dont post twice within 4 hours.
Ive seen TMs and trusted traders reply to offers.

Honestly the rule just needs to be changed to: Do not post twice in your thread for 4 hours. Simple as that it seems like some people get away with doing this many times a day and people actually doing trades get their threads closed for saying (sold,t4t,etc).

Yeah UEFI made me aware of this by PM. The thing is just the generel response the user got in the thread.

The response was that post #4 is technically against the rule.

Do really not want to break the rules over a simple misunderstanding of a rule.

The only reason I can see in your thread is because you responded almost an hour after -- still technically shouldnt be an early bump

If that’s the case I’d definitely vote to change the rule, as your example you aren’t posting “back-to-back” as there’s posts between yours. Ironically the “how to trade” guide even breaks this rule:
