Haven't really been keeping track of things... but this is a Tanned Map (Tier III = Monster level cap 25) Dimensions.
10 width x 7 height = 70 squares... 68 of them contain Map mods and random effects when generating the game.
Why 68 squares?
Answer: the first square when you enter it, is ALWAYS blank (no monsters, nothing) and the last square has a Treasure Chest ... so you are only going to trigger something on the 68 squares.
Note: Maps with swarm will only spawn new monsters after you killed the last monster on that square... annoying as fudge because any items dropped previously from monsters ... have a 5 sec delay before they disappear like it is when pressing Engage... watch out... you might lose some items.
Forgot to mention... started the Map @ level 22 and completed it by level 25.xx ... also used /set easy 1 (I was only after the +1 Well that was on it Lasted like 5-7 items... but still better than 1.

So... started a Cured Map (level req: 5) = level 30 monster cap. at level 25.xx and completed it by 30.53% ... using /set easy 0... this was the map:
12 width x 9 height = 108 squares. Note: using /set easy 0 (1-3 mobs)
