Can you give me an example of a technical diet book?
I can't say I've ever seen a diet book I would describe as "technical" even in the loosest sense.
This. Literally any diet book, even those written by a doctor, are made to sell copies. This means it has to be enjoyable to read.. drumming up 'bad' macros or 'miracle diets', only telling half-truths, at best.
Real nutritional science can be bland as fuck. So you won't find it in any consumer book store.
