Gel is working hard on it. When I get some free time I’m going to start testing the theory in game, and once the maths are confirmed I’ll start building a tool based on Gel’s work.

Basically, we have 20 years of stuff to rewrite.

In melee specifically, it is outclassed. Cerebus does more DPS against Barbs and Paladins, Guillaumes does more DPS against other Druids. Jalals is a fantastic generalist pelt. If you’re going to be battling a few different classes and you don’t want to be going to your stash between battles, it’s fine. If you need place on a ladder or in a tournament, leave it in the stash. If you’re in pub duels with an etomb there are diadems that outclass it, but for the price it would have to be an insane diadem for me to use it over jalals.

The 1st thing i muled to my druid when making it was jalals.
The first thing i muled away to make space was jalals.

And that was for wolf vs build.

This is the latest for fury.
Other werewolf Paw attack works the same as frames 2.

I have checked against old ias calc d2iascalc on slow wepon bases and low werewolf level, since fast wepons max out very fast on d2lod.

I had missunderstood ias on the speed increase formula earlier, this would never be noticed on normal used wepons on d2lod, due to speed increase maxing out at 75 instant with fast wepons.

Chilled will make it 50+Speed increase in frames formula, instead of 100+Speed increase. Theese 100 is called AnimRate.
Equipment Slow i think will be taken away from speed increase direct, and same with skill slow like holy freeze/golem.

I dont remember the max values of all.
Max 50item slow at least.

So you can say:
Anim rate - 50 if chilled.
Wsm - % of item slow. (i dont know if it affects both delay and speed increase or just speed increase, maby you know?)
SIAS - % of skill slow.

Well, 1 guy said he tested my teory, and that he did not feel it to be as fast.
I dno, im still on thin ice as i dont have much gear on d2r to test yet.
