I'd say just use a lvl 83+ to do it and don't worry about the rest.

juddy have you ever seen a fanged knife spawn with these mods, anything close you could link?

Definitely similar exist on LoD east. Forget which Druids have them, but they’re in the trophy room. Charsi rolls. Nothing like it is likely to ever exist on d2r. It took until 2014 for any to exist in LoD, 11 years after the patch that would make them possible.

Thunder Maul is 20 WSM = Reaches 5/5/5/5/8 frames with 60wep ias and 0 gear ias. 75 off wep ias and ur 5/5/5/5/7


With this information from Gel's Nado thread, should PvM druids be looking to go for 3 frame fury with a Shael + Shael + Zod eTomb? Or go for something like GPA/Staff/2hand axe and go for 4 frames?

Essentially all commonly used weapons move up 1 frame.

I find it suspect that a BotD GPA would be 4 frame. I’m going to need to test before I call the math 100% confirmed. So hold on for just a bit.

The math is all there, so it is probably all correct but there are two issues I see:

1: We need multiple people's experiences to confirm this is indeed how IAS behaves now in D2R
2: We need to know if this is not a bug (because then we can assume it will be patched)

Speaking to no. 2: I think Gel and someone else already stated that they think this is potentially not a bug but sits much deeper in the mechanics of D2R (not just an overlay after all).
