why compare mb with 160/60 and gmb with forti ? ^^

If this is all true it will change a lot of bis weapon choices for things like Fury Wolves/Zealers/Smiters.

Nosferatus / (previous we used bug belt on eu)
2/20/kb gloves
highlord/cats
30frw/45ias/120ed helm
= 95 ias and 7 frame attack.

So to drop down to 6 frame attack you need MB faith + and 1 ias jool in armor additionally to this, but in pvm particular you would use 2 ias jools + razor belt, and in pvp you might want a dungo instead, or another free choice in helm.

But to make it simple.
GMB+Forti 7frames vs MB + jewelers(160ed/15+ias) 6 frames.

The resists of fortitude will be a hard toll in it self to replace. Ofc a jewelers helm u can chose coa for helm if u want DR/resists etc.

Does this mean fireclaw wolf will do like 2 frame fireclaw?

I dont know how to calculate werebear attack speed.

What i would guess is that with the use of 100+ ias in -10wsm polearm, or -30wsm pb with some additional ias could get faster frames with additional off hand ias.

Or

You try to get a fast frame with forexample eth tomb reaver, since werebear easy get like 300% ed. With offhand ias i would guess.

2 frames sounds like a lot, so i would guess thas with fana.
