Here's a guide on Lost Ark gold vs FG trading.
\\ Important things to note: //1.) All
site trading rules apply.
2.) We always recommend using a mediator service when trading on the site, the process is simple, quick and best of all it's completely free!
You can learn about it here:
https://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=113.) Do not post or display sensitive information in your signature that will leave you vunerable to scam such as your character names and Steam tags.
4.)
DOUBLE-CHECK all your trade information before commencing the trade in-game, especially for the auction house method (see below).
5.) For your own safety, always conduct FG-related trades and negotiations on the site and no where else. Have the person that you're trading with PM you the trade information such as their usernames and game information,
DO NOT trust anybody claiming to be a certain user of our site without confirming their identity on our site either via PM or post. Again, for your own safety and to insure a smooth trade you may request a mediator.
6.) You can only trade gold with those from the
SAME REGION using the "auction house" method and
SAME SERVER when using the mail method*.
7.) There is a 5% fee that the game deducts from every gold trade, make sure you state clearly in your ISO/FT threads whether the fees will be covered or not and by who if covered.
8.) Do not mention D2Jsp in game.
*I will not be covering the mail method since it poses a higher risk of getting detected in-game and it's a more straight-forward method.

-=::\\ The Auction House Method (Same region only) //::=-FOR BUYERS -
1.) Create an ISO topic and state your server and the ratio you're buying at as well as who covers the 5% fee inside your post. (i.e: need Azena gold and in your post state the ratio you're buying at such as 1.5k FG for 10k with 5% fees covered by seller)
2.) When someone posts an offer in your thread that you accept you may request for a mediator by clicking the "request mediator" button above the top of your first post, once negotiations and in-game information has been exchanged via the mediator or via PM on our site you may proceed to step 3.
3.) Open up your auction house (Ctrl+Y) and click "register" to list an item.
4.) List an item up for the amount of gold you're buying, you may list either gems, accessories or equipment usually players prefer to list T1 gems or T2 gems since they are of lesser value but personally I prefer listing equipment or accessories as they're harder to "imitate" due to the variable on stats and quality.
========================
IMPORTANT========================
There are malicious players and scammers that are constantly searching the auction house for gold trades to hijack,
if your listing is an obvious gold trade such as a T1 gem for 20000 gold then they will bid on your gem so the search results can't be searched by the seller and post the same gem for the same starting price and BIN that you've listed yours for.
Therefore always make your starting price as high as possible and make both your starting price and BIN less identifiable by randomizing the price, anything over 5000 would be ideal for purchases over 10000 gold, an even better method is to list accessories and gear since they have more variable which make it harder for scammers to acquire the same piece of gear.
This is a good example of a listing:

IMPORTANT========================
5.) Once you've listed your item on the auction house, send a private message to the seller and state your listing information
in-detail such as "T3 level 1 Crimson Flame Gem for Berserkers with whirlwind cooldown -2%, starting price 4874 and BIN 10003.
Remind them that if they see
multiple-results matching the criteria of your listing which includes starting price, bin and item type or at anytime the listed item had been bidded on then DO NOT purchase the listing and inform you immediately via PM,
if the above has occured then it is likely that your trade had been macliciously hijacked and you'll need to relist another item for the seller to purchase.
6. If the listed item had been sucessfully purchased then you will receive a mail in-game confirming the purchase and you may accept the gold from the mail, take a screenshot of that and do not crop or edit it, this is your evidence if a scam or a scam accusation occurs.

FOR SELLERS-
1.) Once the negotiation has been done on our site and the buyer had sent you information in-regards to the trade, proceed to open the auction house (Ctrl + Y) and head to the search tab of the auction house.
2.) Click "advanced search options" and carefully search for the item the buyer had listed.
3.) Search for the item by scrolling down and/or browsing through pages by pressing "< or >" inside the auction house window and
MAKE SURE the item description, starting price and BIN matches with the details that the buyer had provided you.
========================
IMPORTANT========================
If there are more than one item with the
SAME item description, starting price and BIN or if you see more than one item with same BIN but different starting prices, this is indicates a hijack attempt,
DO NOT purchase the item and immediate inform the seller to relist another item for a different price.
========================
IMPORTANT========================
4.) Once you've confirmed that all the details of the listing matches up, then proceed to purchase the item, you'll receive a confirmation mail with the item that you've purchased, take a screenshot of that and do not crop or edit it, this is your evidence if a scam or a scam accusation occurs.

With that covered, happy trading on Lost Ark!
