Jelly of your bench. I just cant seem to get my bench past 295. I bet its below that right now.

Well, I’m 240 lbs so my bench is actually pretty garbage. But thx man.

Did some squats today, Juggernaut AI has insane volume, even in strength blocks.

8 sets of 4 @385, did some incline bench, flat comp bench, myo set hack squats, and some core work.

Hope y’all have a good week.

415 for 3 today on squats.

Numbers are looking good, just about at my peaking cycle so it’s time to start planning a cut. Looking to compete about 30 lbs lighter.

Still alive and training! I have a powerlifting meet in 11 weeks and the plan is to get close to a 245 kg/540 lbs squat.

great lift man. What program are you running? Looked like you had plenty more in the tank, 540 seems not too far out of reach.

Hey Ozzy! I've been coached twiced (2005 and 2019-2020) in the last few years by Mike Zourdos and Jason Tremblay but most of the time I've been running my own programming. For 16 weeks I've also tried juggernaut which I think you're doing but it was way too much volume imo.

I use differents rep schemes for 4-5 weeks bloc. Right now I'm doing 7s and 4s with a top single and next bloc it should be 6s and 3s. Yeah the datas seems to indicate 540 will be there. :D

Nice man, yeah I’m giving this programming a run but it is tough. I will say I’m nowhere near heavy enough to worry about injury related to volume, but when you’re doing 6 sets of 3 reps around 90-92.5% of your max, it gets exhausting.

GL man, keep posting.

We all have different threshold for volume/intensity. 7*10 squat followed by 6*10 deadlift was too much for me to recover and adapt haha!

Will do! Today I had 7s @127,5 kg/281 lb on the bench.
