gf got me a Garmin watch and its been fun tracking the speed, distance etc

Im quite motivated by progression and improvement (probably why i liked powerlifting) so seeing the distance slowly go up and the pace improve are great metrics

How much are you weighing now?

All my friends doing marathons are like 50-65kg

I don’t think they can understand the struggle of running distance at 95+kg. It’s cooked

Also fucks my knees. You have that problem at all?

108.9 kg as of last night. Knee's do not have an issue, only noticed them a little sore if i dont warm up a lot before doing the jumping and pylo work

I can sprint, i just suck ass at long distance

Won a beach sprint comp last week and was top try scorer in my whole club this year
