to put it plainly, no.

full body routines as well as with that kind of form are not for anything more than calorie burning and minor muscular gains.

He could be getting a superior workout and beastly gains if he changed a few things up.

I would highly recommend you follow one of my various plans for whatever you are striving to do. (if its MMA, I will make a fresh plan for it)

In order for me to better serve you, please let me know what your goals are and I will help you out.

I really just want to be in shape with good stamina/endurance, and then work on muscle when I got that going well

Going to get back into hockey and maybe a summer soccer or baseball league

Hi Raynor.

What is your opinion on green tea?
Health benifits? Bad points?

Would you recommend it as a weight loss suppliment?

The difference between burning fat from having a great diet and from cardio, how does it work exactly?

I have a bad wrist "compound fracture a few years back, metal rod in it.." and every time I do preacher curls, I can only do low weight because it puts so much strain on my wrist, it almost hits unbarable pain.. I can bring it up easily, but when I go to set it back, thats when the issue comes up... Anything I can do to solve this besides lowering the weights?

Hey Raynor,

So I took a total of 5 weeks off after my knee injury (diagnosed as a laterally torn meniscus and sprained acl).

Can't have surgery til May, although I'd prefer to avoid surgery.

Dr. prescribed celebrex for anti-inflammatory.

Last week started lifting again, pain free on squats/deads/walking/climbing stairs/etc.

Only feel knee pain when putting weight directly through it (i.e. kneeling or when doing laying/seated leg curls).

Do you think that's just because of the stretch put on the ham by the machine?  What're the odds of healing this w/o surgery?

Most likely from the stretch and resistance. I would do a daily stretch routine (light stretching) for it, and avoid any muscular exercises that work that area for now. Keep it limber and keep it stretched.

I think you have a good chance at full recovery without surgery.

Hiho Raynor!

Is raw eggs any good?

If bad / good, tell my why please! :)

- Johnny.

You can only digest about 3-4g of protein per egg if it is uncooked. Cooked you can digest all 6-7g protein. You also risk getting salmonella poisoning if you eat raw eggs. Stick to cooked!

I think I have some loose skin near the lower abs due to cutting from 232 to 139 in a somewhat short period of time.

There is noticable leftovers in the waist and chest. Good job on the epic cutting. However, now you must build muscle in those areas to promote skin elasticity and tightness.

I highly recommend sticking to a good routine such as this one:

Keep up the good work though, when you build sufficient support muscle you will look awesome!

i think i have forearm "splints" should i let it heal or just keep working out as normal and push through the mild pain? will my forearms get stronger this way

For the bone in your forearms to become splintered much like in the shins would require obscene amounts of abuse. Does it hurt to the touch? or is it just soreness? Can you please explain your symptoms?
