have you bought a singlet yet, just dropped some dosh on one for myself to motivate me to do a comp this summer

Not yet, I really have to figure out what weight I want to compete at first.

I’m cutting down to 83kg to see how I feel, and if I’m still crushing the puss, I’ll probably go get my singlet than.

But realistically. 205 is where I’ll be

As much as I enjoy people trying to strive to better themsefs.. I can’t stand “resolutioners”.

Both squat racks were taken... The one had a guy doing ‘front squats’ with his heels on 2 plates and he wasn’t even close to parallel. His sets consisted 6 sets of random reps ranging from 3-7 with 95 lbs on the bar in the form of 2 10s and 2 2.5s on both sides.

The other squat rack was taken by a guy doing some weird, wrong version of push presses. He seemed to have severe lordosis, possibly scoliosis. 2 problems here, first was that he was in the power rack, so every time he did a rep he would hit the top of the rack. And second was he was push pressing with a squat bar.

I patiently waited for either of them to die or to gtfo... 😑 I really am not looking forward to the next few months.

I just say hey mind if I work in, very politely. Usually this is enough for the person to shit themselves and say oh this is my last set.

I always have the intention of actually working In. I don't mind moving plates.

Hahaha this happens all too often. I only ever had one person say no, which is his right, but I grilled his ass hard while he finished

Yeah, but I only feel they need to atleast help. I'll put on one side they out on the other.

I had a guy a few weeks ago not understand that leaving a three plate differential on one side can result in the bar flipping. Almost went before I caught the other side.
