Cool cool thanks again for the info
Guess all I had to do was check to see if the fat in milk was good fat ^ ^
Couple more questions for ya, since you mentioned "good PH's", what do you mean exactly, they are very beneficial and not terribly unhealthy or just really a great supplement but can be dangerous?
Also, I'm sure you have a thread for this but I'm unsure which one and you could probably just direct me to one... that being said, what kind of cardio could I do without hindering muscle gain but encouraging fat loss at the same time, I ask because I don't eat perfect for a "clean bulk" but i don't eat terrible for a "dirty bulk", more of a standard I guess you could say, basically I'm looking to get in cardio to burn the fat
on top of building muscle (and the fat I burn doing so) while keeping muscle loss at a minimum from the cardio? Hopefully you get what I'm trying to say and it's actually possible ha. Basically I'd rather sacrifice eating/drinking perfect for some exercise?
As always, any help is appreciated and thanks much for your time and thoughts...
Pro Hormones can be beneficial with little chance of side effect if USED PROPERLY. The key to using properly is to not take more than the recommended dosage, cycle them on and off (1 month on 2 months off for example), and maintain a healthy lifestyle while using them. Use with NOW! liver support.
HIIT Cardio is what you need to be focused on. High Intensity Interval Training includes you doing (for example) 2 minutes walking, 2 minutes light jog, 30 second sprint, 2 minutes light jog, 2 minute walk, 2 minutes light jog, 30 second sprint, etc. There are a million different ways you can do it, but basically its 3 speeds....walk, jog, and sprint. You alternate them accordingly.
