I’ve switched to more of a BB routine in the past 2 months and hasn’t pulled anything over 315 in a solid month. Pulled 405 for 2 the other day and it felt great. Nothing beats moving heavy weight, especially for the first time.

...okay maybe flexing in the mirror and having that thot like your IG pic takes the cake 😂

hit 525 squat on the SSB.. Back to light work next week.

I'm sitting around a 1300 total now :3... 525 dead, 525 squat, 255 bench

I really need to just go to a meet.

315 for 3x8, last set was 12.

Did some accessory’s and played around with the new 150 lb atlas stone.

deads today, kinda a crappy day... Had a long day, work orientation and school orientation I ended up not making it to the gym until 7ish..

Didn't get to eat until after the gym, so I was pretty tired and hungry.. Ended up pulling 385 for 3x8, last set I managed 10.... Not great, but not terrible I guess,

Bench today again, worked in some different accessories like lat pulls, tricep pulls, skull crushers, db rows and bb rows.

Did 3x8 with 175, 3rd set was 12 reps with 1 in the tank.

Did spoto press for 3x8 @135 after.

Tomorrow is skwots.. Thinking about doing lowbar.

Hit some accessory movements today..

Did OHP, 115 for 5x5
incline bench 155 5x10
light pendlay rows
front delt movements
rear delt movements
cable crossovers
tri pulldowns and JP press

Tomorrow and Sunday are rest days, maybe a bit of light cardio.

50%x5, 60%x3, 70%x2, 75%x1, 80% AMRAP

Ended up 195x7

Did 5x10 spoto press @60%, bent over rows, tricep pulls, db curls and played with 150 lb stone

That shit is heavy as fuck.

Hit 425 for 8 today on deadlifts. Pulled hook and my thumb is still numb from it.

Other note, feeling stronk as fuck.
