Squats today

Worked with 65% for 4x6 as a reload
Did some paused SSB with handles @80% for 3x7 and ended it with some SSB goodmornings

Ran 3 miles and now I call it a day at the gym 👍

3x5-7 @65%, last set was amrap @315x14

Box deads 2x6 @75%

GHRs 4x12

BBrows 4x12 @135 lbs

20 min on a bike and 20 min on the treadmill.. Feeling good

4x12 @65% wide grip
3x6 @70% spoto press
Barbell rows 4x10 @155
Lateral raises 4x10
Bro curls 4x10

Ended with 20 min on the airdyne

3 more weeks of hypertrophy work than I’m starting my strength block again.. Working off new maxes of 425/225/505

Can’t wait to see this progress

E: squats today... 4x12 @70% on SSB, did some db RDLs, leg press for 4x10 @rpe8 and 25 min of cardio.

Sitting around 216.. Feeling good.

Got a few more toys at the gym.. Got a 100 and 150 lb d ball, can’t wait to play with that tomorrow.

Next week is my deload prior to starting my strength block..

425 squat, 225 bench and 505 deadlift.. mixing in kind of a GVT type deal with my chest, attempting to bring it up to a normal range.. 6 months I’m hoping for 225 5x5, but let’s see.
