need to upload pics.. Havent had time

Still going nearly every day, running usually 15-20 miles a week and doing weight training. Down to 213.

Goal is still 185, I hired someone to set up a diet and workout plan for when I hit my goal weight.. I'm siked to finish this cut...

28 lbs to go.

213 on the scale, this was about 2 weeks ago sitting around 216.



Dem belt bruises tho

Running a 5k this weekend for autism.. Ran one a few days ago just above 24 minutes.

Still doing the cyclical Keto diet, at least until I hit my goal.. than I’ll start eating again :rofl:

Cutting the weight effecting your lifts any?

What is your bench at the moment during this cut?

Of course it is.

Current est squat is probably 405, maybe a bit less
Dead is around 455
Bench is around 215...

Sitting at 213

Another update.

This is around the time I always kind of plateau, time to drop my cals again..

Sitting at 212.4 this morning. Still working hard, just have to incorporate more cardio and cut my cals a little more.

My #s aren’t terrible right now either. 365x8 on deads, 335x7 on squats and 165x8 on bench.

Time to keep cutting. Only 25 lbs to go... I have no idea what bf% I’ll be at around that weight.. But let’s find out
