Update: 229!
It's the first time in a LONG time I've been under 230, and it feels gud... Wife is down to 180 "she was 245 when she had my daughter"..
And I hit new pr today!
255 3x7 squats after working up with 235
Felt good.. But I noticed on my last set my left knee kept buckling slightly inward when I was ascending.. I had to consciously pay attention to that and track my knees, and it took a lot of my concentration away from the actual lift 'if that makes any sense'..
Is it time to start wearing a knee wrap? It's never done this before, and I'd hate to tear something..
