Post the current. Trust me it’ll be good to look back and see the progress and show other people what a little dedication can do.

I deleted all my old photos because I felt the same way. In hindsight, never should have. I’d have a lot more pictures to show the progress made instead of just 1 or 2.

Appreciate the positive comment

Thanks guys!

That set was so sketchy, warming up to 170. Fell forward on my first rep and last rep onto my toes. Haven’t lifted in a combo rack in eons.

Lifting with the Kabuki Duffalo bar is definitely a game changer.

You make me want to squat more.

I was going to buy a Safety Squat Bar from Titan Fitness, but it's up to $300 now. It was definitely worth it at the previous $149.

It’s getting closer to the EliteFTS SSB price point, but still 150 bucks cheaper.

I’d still buy one. It’s an incredible bar.

Just started a 2 a day program for 75 days. I’ll post before/after photos.

its easy to slip into the "were just a bunch of gamer nerds" mentality but then you get slapped in the face with reality that that doesnt always mean scrawny spastic kid (although were also mostly probably not kids anymore) probably on the spectrum lolol
