Training Days - 500g carb/240g protein/30g fat
Non-Training days - 0g carb/259g protein/105g fat

Split: PPL rest, repeat.

“Clean bulking” for the next 6-8 months. Mentally, I’ve gotta focus on my log book and pushing numbers up cuz I’m gonna lose these abs :(

I will post an update once I'm done with my bulk to 93 kg/205 lb but in the meantime here are a few pictures of the 2000pc powerlifting gym I've built.

2 competition combo racks with platforms
3 deadlift platforms
3 Monster racks Rogue with pretty much all attachments
