Hi, I'm wondering how you would go about modifying the parameters here to accommodate my need for a clean bulk.

Meal 1 - 6 whole eggs + 6 egg whites (cooked in olive oil) + green peppers and onions + 1 cup oatmeal (uncooked volume) + 1/2 cup of mixed berries (any) = 72g protein, 50g carbs, 20g fat
Meal 2 - 2 slices whole grain bread + 2 cans of tuna + 1 oz of 2% cheese + 1tbsp mayo/mustard + veggies (tuna sandwich) + 1 baked potato w/ 1 tbsp olive oil = 72g protein, 80g carbs, 20g fat
Meal 3 - 8 oz grilled sirloin steak (trim off the fat) + 1 cup black beans + 3/4 cup brown rice + veggies + 1 tbsp olive oil = 70g protein, 70g carbs, 20g fat

I got this plan from you a while back and it worked well with me so I’d like something similar to hop back on the wagon, unless of course I absolutely need a new one from scratch. Whey is not out of the question since it's more convenient and can be easily worked out with my schedule (yes, school+IF). 5'7''/140lbs.

I appreciate your time! ^_^

So this one is approximately 200p/200c/60f which is a 40/40/20 traditional @ around 2100 cals.

Quite frankly, this plan can work just fine for you on NON workout days. On workout days, you will need at least 500-700 more calories than this to start with. I would recommend adding a 50g protein shake + 2 tbsp peanut butter + 1 banana immediately PWO (approx 500 cals) and another 1 cup of cottage cheese with almonds before bed (another 200 cals approx)

So I'm getting back into the gym after hockey season, and while I'm still in excellent shape, I'm not as muscularly heavy as I used to be. (Was 6'7, 230 no fat, now i'm ~205-210)
That being said, should I go right back into a program? Or do a few "Overall" days to get my body back into it?
Any help is appreciated

It would be best to take 1-2 weeks of full body or upper/lower splits, to get back into it. After you go with that, you can begin your regular routine as usual, just make sure not to start where you left off. Give yourself a few weeks to get back to your original weights.

Hey bud I am seeking some advice about dieting as well as a workout plan, if you'd have a few mins to post some advice i'd appreciate you ^_^

Height : 5'11 / age: 28 / 255 body weight

I recently signed up for a gym membership, my goal is to get down to 210 within 12 months. Planning on going 2-3 times a week, currently taking hydroxicut and omega-3 pills as well as standard vitamin pills.

I used to play football and weight train back in the days so I have an idea of what I am actually doing but some opinion from an expert would be awesome!

My main needs are to come up with a simple workout plan thats good to strengthen the core, as well as some dieting advice. I am a foodie so I know for a fact i cant just completely stop eating junk food lol BUT I am cutting alot of it down.

Assuming that you are only able to work out 3 days a week, follow the diet and routine for cutting below:

(Note, eat 2K calories a day on non-workout days, and 2.5K cals on workout days)

i was looking up vegan parmesan recipes and found "nutritional yeast", which seems to be primarily protein and fiber ( http://www.veggieful.com/2012/10/what-is-nutritional-yeast.html ). curiously, is that a complete protein source? if not, would it be complete protein when paired with cashews?

currently i use parmesan on tomato sauces to thicken it (eg: pizza, bread sticks, lasagna, spaghetti). thinking about trying this (possibly paired with cashews) to reduce the saturated fat ratio.

Technically it already is a complete protein (ie: all essential aminos).
