I have yet to try it... The hypertrophy plan has been the only plan of yours I've used.

Side note, I forgot to mention that ill eventually like to do a huge cut after bulking, considering my 2nd goal is lowering BF%

i will try to have 1800 kcals per day..now as for the 180g prot in 1800kcal.dont know if i can do it :/ but sure will be around 130-150.
i will fix my nutrition meal and i will reduce my cheat days to 2/month,or to 1/month,i have the power to do that.
i will let you know how will go :D

Hi raynor, do you have a workout plan for a girl that would like to do some muscle gain and preferably a 3-day workout.

so i was thinking the other day. i've heard that our cows and chickens and such have growth hormones so we get more meat out of em. but meat is just muscle right? why can't scientists invent some contraption to force cows/chickens/pigs to do hypertrophy exercises to increase muscle instead of using growth hormones? or have they already invented it and it's just too expensive to do?

i take 6x CL OT, 3000mg vit c, 5000mg vit d, and 6-12 super omega 369 apart from the veggie powder

Go for the 5x5 for now. This is the best way to achieve your current goals before cutting.

lol that's a neat idea.

The reason is several.

Growth Hormones are very inexpensive and easy to dispense.

A machine to fit one, let alone many cattle inside of it, that would force muscular movements and hypertrophy, then increasing feed to support further muscle growth would be extremely expensive.

Cost benefit analysis = hormones are much cheaper.

Certainly.

Depends on what type of diabetes as to what kind of plan to use, but basically protein + fats are a have-at. The carbs are what you require insulin for, and you can still bulk without excessive carbs/sugar.

Get the calories up from protein/fats, and you will be good to go.
