i will try this and i will see in 1 month how the "determination of fat" will go

i will try to have 1800 kcals per day..now as for the 180g prot in 1800kcal.dont know if i can do it :/ but sure will be around 130-150.
i will fix my nutrition meal and i will reduce my cheat days to 2/month,or to 1/month,i have the power to do that.
i will let you know how will go
