Exactly. Take about 40g of protein post workout, and 30 mins later take 2 tbsp of olive oil or 4 tbsp heavy cream for the fat. Alternatively you can just have a fatty meal with things like sausage and bacon, etc.

Usually reduced sexual apatite is caused by stress and lack of sleep.

If you do not fit into either of these categories, you might be developing low testosterone - although this is rare. Try to get more sleep and find a way to relax and unwind better and see if you improve.

whats a cause of low testosterone? I feel fine, maybe a bit stressed yes, and yea, i been holding up all nighters for a week filled with tests lol, sleep schedule is completely fucked

well you just explained it.

certainly low test would be at the bottom of the possibilities. stress and lack of sleep seem to be the issue here.

I took a 5 hour energy around 12 am, then another at around 5:30 am, and then took a scoop and a half of jacked at 7:00 pm

Hey ray,

For abs my gym is extremely limited in regards to weighted machines (and by that I mean there are none) so for abs all I can do weighted are decline situps and leg/knee raises

What do u think I should do for heavy weighted abs days? On your ab routine you recommended 20 sets of weighted followed by 20 sets of bodyweight ab exercises a few days later...so for weighted days how should the sets be? (10 sets decline 5 leg raise 5 knee raise is what I was planning on doing)
